Dear Rachel Price,

Oh my god, The woman you are .

There are so many things I wish to say, and somehow none of them seem enough.

When i first read about you, you were presumed dead and your disappearance was the town’s favourite unsolved mystery that is until you reappeared,

I will be honest, following your reappearance, just like bel, your own daughter, I too had my suspicions on you, and i believe bel had every right to be vary of you.

You returned into her life after 16 years and that too when a documentary about your disappearance was being shot.

There were too many gaps in your story for it to make sense, and it seemed way more convenient to believe that you were after your own disappearance.

Rachel, You lied, gaslighted and manipulated the people around you.

You had your reasons of course, your own trauma, and your own version of what happened.

But my heart would always ache for bel, she didn't just live 16 years with your absence she lived in a web of lies,

And you couldn't just erase those 16 years,

But i am sorry i ever doubted you,

I was really really mad at you for abandoning bel , It broke me how bel spent all those years believing you had simply chosen to leave her

But you didn't,

You came back ,

It must have hurt when you couldn't get the perfect mother-daughter re union,

That brings me to the memory thief , GOD, your favourite book being the evidence that you had been alive somewhere,

The hidden message and the revelation,

The fact you never abandoned bel , but had actually been trying to escape and had been forced into captivity has changed how I would now be believing things.

You made me question what I believed , what I assumed , and even how quickly I judged without knowing the full story.

After everything you went through, you deserve to live as Rachel Price, a loving mother of two daughters, not as the missing woman of Gorham.

I hope that this time your disappearance is a new beginning to the life that belongs to you, bel and Carter.
