My Favourite Superhero

18 years ago , a small girl started dreaming as high as the sky in between the walls of a big school . But she was  completely unaware that her dreams were given wings after hundreds of sacrifices by her father . She is going to school sitting in the front seat of her father's cycle but used to always think about how it would be to go school in the car . She sat a couple of hours after school ended just to go back with thoughts of a new toy someone brought in school but those thoughts always got washed out as she bid her father goodbye while he went on his night shifts , back to her duty of guarding a school day and night endlessly to make his family live a comfortable life .

But for her , her father is no less than a superhero in her life , her father has thought nothing except to make her live a comfortable life and definitely her papa is the world's best father ( as every daughter says ) .

Every festival , her father decorated her daughters like princesses but never looked at the skin peeking from holes of his shirt . He gave his family everything he could but never said what he ever wanted . He left behind all his dreams and worked and still wanted to give more and that's what he has nurtured his daughter's with , a lot of awareness about the need to be a hardworking person in order to be a successful person and surely this girl wants to make her parents feel their sacrifices were not waste and that their every dream is still alive in the eyes of their daughter .

Now that small girl is a grown up lady but her father is still his superhero who has no powers but strong commitment towards giving everything to his family even if that means health issues , no rest and work for days without off . The girl still cries on days her father scolds her , she still hates when her father taunts her or asks her to study but deep down she knows that she has to do it to make her parents proud . She has to make his father a house that he can call  ‘ his ‘ and a life where he is carefree and could give a break to the feets who knows nothing other than paddling a cycle and following the same path he has been going for the last 30 years .

So, she now knows that the loudest cheerleader's of her life are her parents . She is forever indebted to his parents, their incomplete and hopefully soon to be achieved dreams, his own destiny and God's will to make her born as a daughter in a family that makes her strong and keeps the motivation in her alive to do whatever she wants and grow in the way she wants .
